This guide is a public directory of businesses. The listing information it holds — name, address, phone, website, hours, cuisine — is business contact information that those places already publish.

What we collect from readers

Nothing beyond what you type. If you send in a listing or a correction, we keep the details of the place, and your name and email only if you give them, so we can follow up on the change. We do not sell or rent that information, and we do not add you to a mailing list from a submission alone.

Analytics

We count page views in aggregate to see which towns and kitchens people actually use. No advertising trackers run on this site and there are no ad units.

Business owners

If you own a place listed here and want a detail corrected, or the listing removed entirely, send it through the submission form and we will act on it. There is no charge for a listing and no charge for removing one.

Cookies

A single preference cookie remembers whether you chose the light or dark ground. That is all.
