Hours drift — call ahead
Small kitchens change hours with the season and the staff. We mark when a listing was last verified, and "open now" is calculated in Pacific time from posted hours.

The structure is category-agnostic on purpose. Lodging, retail, services and things to do can be turned on as the guide grows.
